All is calm all is bright

Oh this is so late... I had planned words to go with these festive photographs but a horrible cold has been here all Christmas (well, with me). Still feeling rotten, in fact this is the first activity I've managed in days. Not even knitting or crochet. Hoping to make it to the sofa tomorrow with some wool. And then hopefully over the next few days I'll catch up with some Christmas makes.

      Thank you for new year wishes. Though now miserably onto another cold so feeling yuck. I am choosing to cosy inside with woolly makes in an attempt to banish these horrible germs!

      i did enjoy the week between Christmas and new year a little later than usual... maybe that is why we still have the Christmas fairy lights twinkling. That and they look cosy, though I am thinking of replacing the multi-coloured delights with some white lights for the rest of wintertime.

      Yuck. The Christmas cold continued, then came the end of January cold. But plenty of time for knitting and crochet!
